an old Piedmontese farm becomes theHeart project
We create a small oasis for our guests as well as ourselves in the middle of Piedmont, one of the most beautiful wine regions in Italy, which has not yet been overrun by tourism!
We introduce ourselves
We are five parties from Germany who bought an old Piedmontese farm together at the beginning of 2019 and are now fulfilling a real heart project. One of the parties has been living in Agliano Terme for several years and runs an idyllic Bed & Breakfast there, the Casa Ravazza.
The project is planned by us shareholders together and carried out by local companies.
Cooperation with local partners
The renovation is being carried out in collaboration with local architects and craft businesses.
sustainability
Building materials such as bricks are used elsewhere, materials are procured on site and the furniture is partly made up of old, reconditioned collector's items.
receipt of the original
We attach particular importance to preserving the character of the old farm, so that the Italian charm remains noticeable.
